Data deletion

How to ask SuChatBot to delete the data associated with your phone number or account.

Effective date: October 24, 2026.

1. How to request deletion of your data

There are two ways to request it:

  1. By email. Write to contacto@suchatbot.com with the subject "Eliminación de datos" (Data deletion) and state the phone number or the account whose data you want deleted. We may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the data subject or that you represent the business.
  2. From Meta (if you connected with Facebook/Meta). Remove the SuChatBot app from your Meta account settings: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (on some accounts it appears as "Apps and websites"), select SuChatBot and choose to remove it and delete the associated data. This sends an automatic deletion request to SuChatBot and you will receive a confirmation code.

If you are an end customer of a business (you messaged it on WhatsApp), you can also ask the business directly to delete your data.

2. What is deleted

  • Messages, attachments and contacts associated with the number or account that are held in SuChatBot's systems.
  • Access tokens and the connection with Meta.
  • The business's account and instance data, if you are deleting the entire account.

Deletion does not extend to data that Meta keeps in its own systems, which is governed by Meta's policies.

3. Timeframe

We delete the data within 30 days of receiving and confirming the request. We will let you know when it is complete.

4. What we may keep

We may keep the minimum information that a law requires us to retain (for example, tax or accounting obligations) and a record of the deletion request itself, only for as long as that obligation requires and without using it for other purposes.

5. Confirmation code

When the request originates from Meta, this page may display a confirmation code (the address ends in ?code=…). Keep it: it identifies your request if you need to ask us about it.

6. Questions

Write to us at contacto@suchatbot.com. More information about how we process data is in the privacy policy.
